Finally a new Post /(x~x)\

Hey dears, it's a while ago since i've written the last post. 

Sooo, my new and the next posts will be about lose weight. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ it's summer and i finally want to go to the beach and can take off without me to be ashamed  (´°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥ω°̥̥̥̥̥̥̥̥`) 

I know i'm not fat ~ but i'm also unsatisfied. Soo i will keep you up to date how it affects!! I will also show you before and now photos if it worked ೭੧(❛〜❛✿)੭೨ 

This is my second day !! 

First day
- I ate a bit of watermelon in the morning.( Watermelones are really healthy and contains a lot of water, which helps to fill the stomach, which lets us eat less) 

- At work, i ate a few pieces of tomato and cucumber (for a snack ;))
(cucumber contains among others roughage, water, bitter substances and enzymes~ it kills bad bacteria in the gut, and drained, which stops water retention, and aids digestion)
(Tomatoes contains also a lot of water, they fill you up and drain well.)



And after work~ i walked home (almost an hour) 
(movement is anyway very important)

- And in the evening i ate chicken with couscous. (Chicken (unfired) is extremely low in calories, but has a lot of protein, which promotes muscle growth) ~ i know couscous is not the healthiest food but what ever, ... ( ゚д゚) 


Bad! Bad! Couscous! 


Soo and today :D 
I will drink a lot of water and lemonwater!!! (•̀⌄•́) and what i'm going to eat is~~ well i don't know! 
But i will inform you in the evening or maybe tomorrow xD 

Sooo that was it!
